Hi amazon this is regarding an order in which the buyer has given a fake negative review which you are not ready to remove it. I have investigated the case and I have enough evidence to prove that the review is completely fake and it is made purposely to bring my business down.

if you look into the order the buyer has not given his complete address and only given his name and city name. Chennai is a very big metropolitan city and the buyer has only given the city name. The name in the address and the buyer name is different even though we don’t care about that. But the buyer is very clever not to mention his full address so that the seller cant find it.

If you look into the delivery date and the review date. The package was delivered at 11th but the review was given one day earlier. This also proves that the review is fake.

Secondly we come to our packing. I have given the images below.

If you see both the images of our packing, the first image shows the zipper pack which has a thickness of 6MM which is sealed tightly as an airlock.

The second image shows a heat seal which is located above the zipper lock for an extra protection in case the zipper lock is not proper.

Third:

If the package is damaged or the food is spilled. The delivery person would have not delivered it. But the package is delivered safely.

So I request you to kindly give some respect to the sellers and manufactures of the product and do not support fake reviewers and fake buyers.
