No, shipments cannot be reopened.
What kind of barcodes were you using? Manufacturer or Amazon?
If the former you likely won’t see the inventory again, if the latter the inventory will likely show up at one point or another.

While you cannot reopen shipments yourself, in some cases it is possible via Seller Support. Have you already reached out to Seller Support regarding this shipment?
