Improve your listings with A+ Content best practices
Available to registered brand owners, A+ content helps you showcase what makes your brand and products unique by sharing your story, creating enhanced product images, and customizing text placements on the product detail pages.
When creating new A+ Content, follow these best practices:
Build a story and show your products in use.
Use banner images to highlight product features and brand elements to create a consistent brand experience for customers. Use both Basic A+ Content and Brand Story modules to maximize your brand presence on the detail page.
Improve discoverability.
Use text fields across modules and limit the amount of text embedded in images. Also, use descriptive Image Keywords (alt-text) for each of your uploaded images.
Educate on product value.
Help customers feel like experts on your product features and construction. Detailed explanations, with specific words and numbers, are associated with higher sales lifts. Be helpful, friendly, and don’t use a lot of general, “salesy” text.
Use professional-quality images.
High-resolution images that highlight product features or show your product in use are associated with higher sales lifts. Customers use this content to learn more about the product, so avoid generic or lifestyle images that don’t showcase your products. Also, don’t re-use your images—if time or budget is limited, use generative AI in the A+ Content Manager to create new images.
Include shoppable modules.
Use the shoppable Comparison Table module to highlight features across your product line. This module is associated with higher sales lift and can help customers make purchase decisions.

Why Amazon just price suppresses "PRICE FIX" items , removes descriptions and buy boxes so we found it zero benefit to spend any time trying to improve Amazon especially when seller support are nonsense bot responses! Or improvements are when listings change or suppresses is improving another platform with our presence. We shifted a dozen good selling items to eBay as Amazon incorrectly rebranded items now needing approval for unrelated brand where only was a sellers gets approved is making fake invoices which clearly other sellers are doing.
