Reviews do not follow community guidelines. How to get them removed
We are a vendor to Amazon and we have received negative multiple reviews on our listings related to shipping being late or the package arriving broken. The problem is all these orders were shipped by Amazon and we therefore want to remove these reviews.
I have tried contacting support, report the reviews and even reached out to community email address. There hasn't been any action taken.
Any suggestions?

Assuming you are talking about product reviews you can do nothing. Opening cases will be a waste of time. You will be given that community email which is just a placebo for disgruntled sellers. The messages are not read and there will certainly not be a response.
If you are talking about seller feedback, that is entirely different and if the issue is delivery and FBA was used the feedback is eligible for strike-through (not removal)
But for product review -- Amazon removes those only for reasons of their own -- never in response to seller request.
Those guidelines for product review are just that -- guidelines for the buyer. Amazon "guidelines" are rules when it applies to sellers; not so with buyers. If a review is allowed to post -- it stays.

Greetings @Seller_mLMWPp4pGpLzc,
In general Amazon will not provide any details on investigations into Customer Reviews. You can report the review for violation using the button next to the review however Amazon makes the final determination on what is retained.
Amazon takes product reviews very seriously and will only remove in very specific circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
