Hi,

I am selling on Amazon from last 3 years and I sent my one of the shipment in DEC. Amazon also finished check in shipment. However its more than one month my 10 ASINs are not sellable and shows out of stock and inactive. Also most of these ASINs are stranded.

I created number of cases but very sad to say there is no good support from seller support. I have deleted many times listings and created new one but still doesnt work. I did all possible ways to create listing automatically or manually still doesnt work. It has worked most of the time and listing can be active but not this time.

I have done my analysis and suspect this could be the reason of call of stock activated by me in Nov for Spain and Italy. I sent my shipment to Germany and Amazon transfer all my goods to Spain and Italy and all new stock is not sellable.

Also problem with seller support is they even dont read all message looks some keywords and copy paste same answer. Sorry to say not good support at all. Each time new person answers and they dont have any background. There is no way to reach to expert who can provide support.

Have anyone seen similar issue?

I will appreciate if you have any solution.
