How to complain for a lack of Health and FBA Case Support?
Could anyone please advise on how to lodge a complaint to Amazon about a lack of support from the FBA support team and Health teams?
I have been charged for storage/handling fees for over two years due to an error in my account (I stopped selling on Amazon end 2022). My inventory leger report clearly shows I haven't had any stock at Amazon, and still the storage fees persist.
One Amazon support case acknowledged there's an error, but said they can't stop the ongoign monthly charges, and they have continued now for two and a half years.
I have called Amazon's health team, who also did not find a solution.
How to complan or escalate above Amazon's health team?

Have you had any returns in the last two years? This is the most common reason for storage fees, even after sales have been stopped.
If you want to see fundamental improvements in the quality of Amazon's service, @Seller_GhPPYbCGxg4l5 has already given you a good tip. An alternative would be to apply for a job to Amazon and implement the necessary improvements as a manager. This forum is not the right place for that.
