When creating a listing the system attributes the FNSKU for each listing. It's preferable to stick the FNSKU on the packaging, but you can also put the UPC. The one OR the other, not both.
Go quickly learn how selling on Amazon works. In your seller central scroll down, find "Learn", click "Seller University". Take 4-5 weeks and watch the videos.
