Customer wasn't charged for shipping and I wasn't reimbursed for it
1st time I've seen this. I was filling an order and saw there was no shipping fee to the customer. Just item price and tax. I checked and my shipping settings and it is set to default and I did not change them:
Default Shipping Edit Standard: FasterTransit time: 3 - 5 business days(view rate table) Expedited: FasterTransit time: 1 - 3 business days(view rate table)
Why am I getting stuck paying for shipping? Amazon so far is saying I wont be reimbursed and I can modify my shipping settings by upgrading to professional seller. I have been fine for years as it was. Im not getting a satisfactory answer. Anyone?

Hi @Seller_71kQG7MZPrlZw,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. You will need to look at your shipping template in your shipping settings. This is the screenshot @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp provided below. Please let me know after reviewing if you have additional questions!

Just wondering if I'm the only one to notice this part ... Tagging @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp for their opinion.
This implies the OP is on the Selling Individually plan.
@Seller_P7NDMEsM3Isva, upgrading won;t change anything but give you a chance to set up templates.
Since you are SI Amazon SHOULD be charging for shipping base on Size and Weight. This can't be a Template issue.
Post your Case Id so a mod can look.
@Dominic_Amazon, if this seller has an SI account type then it's up to Amazon to charge the proper shipping cost to the buyer.

Same thing happened to me also, few weeks ago. One order was placed without charging the customer for shipping (I shipped myself I I do not allow free shipping).
All shipping templates have shipping charges.
It did happened only for one order, but I do not remember the order details.
It looked like a random incident, so I let it go.
If it will happen again, will open case with Amazon
