Items lost in FBA inbound But! it became our problem.

We have a shippment, when it was closed, there were 9 items missing, but Amazon already investigated and physically counted, saying they didn't receive it. But every 10 units in one box, they have received all the boxes, and all boxes had been weighed 3-4 times, it is impossible that onl 1 unit in one big box.

So cases back and forth, support always says the same thing, that they have counted and they didn't receive them.

So far, everything seems normal.

And here is the drama! We suddenly received an Email, two weeks after the shipment was closed, saying there is an inaccurate quantity problem with the shipment, There are 10 missing (the discrepancy page still says it is 9!) And Amazon has to take actions, fee possible, and we have to take actions to solve this problem, means we have to admit that the units were not missing in Amazon warehouse, it is our problem, we have to re-learn Amazon's policy......Of course this have impacted our performance.

So any suggestion on what we should do? I just really do not want to admit this since the units are missing in Amazon warehouse and it is their problem.

Good morning @Seller_v9o7d8g3Salbx,

Is this issue the same as the one we've been working on in your thread here?

If so, please refer back to that original thread as we try to limit the number of threads to one per topic. Thank you!
