How to verify seller ID on brand registry?
Our merchant token is A38FA79SM7CPI1 but seller id is showing as A3FK75Q58SZ868 on Amazon Brand Registry when I received reply from their decision on Amazon Brand Registry. So I questioned maybe seller ID was wrong to Amazon Brand Registry but they do not answer me. We registered our brand name and got USPTO Certification but Brand application was rejected 5 or 6 times already. Please help us. Thank you.

We are brand owner but Amazon is rejecting for listing of new products and is rejecting register our brand at Amazon brand registry either. Amazon is informing the reason ASIN creation policy https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201844590 . Would you help me? @Jim_Amazon We are brand owner. The brand is already registered at USPTO under Pacific Trading USA Inc. The case ID is 16564719981 Thank you.

My name is Sandy from the Community manager team. I looked through the Brand registry applications and confirmed that your merchant ID was the correct A38FA79SM7CPI1 for each application. Sometimes the other ID is for internal purposes. Sorry for the confusion there!
The Case ID you mentioned in the comments 16564719981 is related to a brand approval but your overall post is about applications in brand registry. These are 2 separate things and I wanted to check what your goal was to be sure. Was your goal to get enrolled in brand registry or obtain brand approval?
