Why is Vine limited to FBA Only? Is there an alternative?
Is there a good reason for Vine being limited to FBA only (obviously Amazon wants us to use FBA so we pay all the associated fees). I'm wondering if there is a good reason for it, not just money for Amazon.
Is there an alternative aside from selling at a ridiculously low price to get volume and hope for reviews since we all know they are few and far between for honest sellers who do not pay for the reviews.

Why are only FBA offers eligible to be enrolled in Vine?
We are dedicated to protecting the anonymity of our population of Vine Voices and will not share their contact information with any selling partner. In order to avoid disclosing information on the Vine Voices, we need to fulfill the units requested Vine Voices request via FBA.

To me and I would guess others, Vine will get you reviews, but you may not get what you bargained for. You have people who sign up for products they may not even be interested in nor actually research before they get it. Then you have some reviewers who take it so seriously they will nitpick every detail. I had one vine person give my product a 1 star because he hated the taste of broccoli and my greens powder had broccoli in it. Why the heck then did he sign up for it when the listing clearly showed the contents? Just one example of may frustrating reviews I got.
