What is expedited Shipping? I don't use Amazon Shipping
I received an order for expedited shipping and AMZ shipping was the preferred shipment. I didn't choose AMZ Shipping and don't know why it's showing up in my seller orders.
I wouldn't even know where to drop off an Amazon ground shipping.
I wrote the customer that it would be sent USPS priority mail.
How do I delete Amaz shipping?
I just checked my account and I don't have expedited shipping so HOW is it the customer chose Expedited shipping & AMZ ground shipping?

Is this FBM? Did you agree to "automated shipping" when Amazon prompted you during the editing or creation of shipping templates?
If you did, Amazon will choose the carrier (regardless of your preferences) in order to "delight the customer" with whatever shipping promise Amazon displayed during checkout.
In certain cases, particularly on weekends, Amazon may force you to use expensive express options, including for shipping services that are difficult to arrange. These won't just obliterate your margin, sometimes the shipping cost is more than the checkout cost paid by the customer.
Delete or override any automated shipping templates for FBM. There is no benefit for sellers.

Suggest you change/delete the 2 day shipping and as others have suggested also make sure you are not in AMAZON'S automated shipping option.
I have found that good old standard shipping satisfies the customers and there is virtually no scamming by the " did not arrive on time crowd"

Amazon will sometimes try to force you to send items to more remote areas like say the Virgin Islands via Priority Mail, despite not even offering Expedited shipping. It's crazy and they need to calm down with the nonsense. Someone living that far away from CONUS shouldn't be entitled to 3x more costly shipping because Amazon makes some bogus promise. I honestly just ignore it.
