Funds are held while your account is under review new
There has been a "Funds are held while your account is under review" warning in the account healt tab of my Amazon account since July 24. Since this alert came, all my funds have been held in reserve at the account level. I did not receive any email or notification about why my account was being reviewed.
I spoke to the Amazon account health team on the phone many times regarding the issue. They said there was no problem with my account health. My account health is completely healthy. I opened cases related to the subject. However, the cases were transferred and there was no response. (Case ID : 15706864861, 15706658301)
I urgently need the money in the account to pay my bills. I want to know what's causing the problem and what I can do to fix it. I need urgent help.

What do you sell? Is it your own brand product, generic stuff from china or actual name brand items? If its name brands do you have written permission from the brand to sell on amazon?
