Vat number on VIES is valid but Address is not shown!
We are a Germany based company.
As everybody having the same issue and while Amazon is holding our millions.
Latest reply from Amazon is as follows.
We can not confirm your Company and Address information on VIES system.
When we check our VAT number on VIES system, it shows our VAT number is Valid but Company information and Adrdress is not shown.
Anyone has any idea how can we make this information available to be seen by Amazon when they run your VAT number on VIES.
We have provided zillions of document... Stating that our company paid its taxes in full and sent this letter from tax authorities to Amazon.

Thanks for posting in Forums! My name is Nikolaus and I will try to help you today.
Based on the information you posted I have passed the issue to the internal department that handles these cases, they will look a t this as soon as possible.
It is also possible to request support by phone, in the account health pages there is a yellow button "call me now" that you can use for that.
I hope the internal department will be in touch with you soon though.
