Hi All,
We had a lovely member of the Amazon team reach out to us today for a meeting. They want us to join Amazon launchpad. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? They tell me they will expedite resolution of cases (by 90%), increase visibility on the platform, 50% increase in return on ad spend and 20% productivity increase.
I was an exec at a well known global brand who sells through Amazon and my experience dealing with Amazon there was entirely different! Straight through to a senior team member to solve the problem.
I should note, I am positive they are from Amazon.

Don’t forget, that lovely member of the Amazon team is a sales person at the end of the day, so will be earning commission signing you up. So do take what they say with a pinch of salt.
That being said, a lot is going to depend on what your products are etc.
A brief look at the main page for this, gives a charge of an extra 5% on every sale, so be sure to understand the full costs involved.
It could work, but it appears that the minimum term for it is 12 months, so bear that in mind.
