I lost my two-factor authentication

A few days ago I changed my phone and when I restored the application I used for double authentication factor Authy did not accept the password I had to recover the accounts, I have sent several emails to support asking them to disable the double authentication factor so I can configure a new one and they tell me that I must send an identity document, I do it and they answer me that in 24 or 48 hours they will solve the problem but it has been 10 days and they still haven't solved it, is there any other way to solve this problem?
