Never have but during the 12 years that I drove for UPS I have seen the day to day operations of some extremely large shipping and receiving warehouses. Some were run poorly but some were extremely efficient.

We toured, "The Beast of the East," Amazon's fulfillment center in Robbinsville, NJ a few years ago. It was awesome, and I recommend all 3P sellers avail themselves of the opportunity to experience the scale and size of Amazon's warehouses.
