Europe or Spain do not whow up in my registration options
Europe or Spain do not show up in my options to create an account. In my amazon seller central I can only choose Mexico or the USA and they request my tax info in those countries. I am registered in Spain so I want to choose Europe to provide my tax information. I do not want to do global in USA and then choose Europe. I DO NOT WANT to have USA or MEXICO because I do not want to sell there. How can I change to ONLY EUROPE?

You registerd mistakenly on amazon.com. This is Northamerica. Close this account properly, save the confirmation email till the end of your days carefully. For this go in your seller central, type "close account" in the search bar on top and follow the instructions.
Wait 10 days and create a new account on amazon.es with another email address.
Proceeding like this is the safest way and will avoid complications later.
