Login issue - unique problem
I am starting a new thread after browsing many topics, I was unable to find the issue that I am facing. As the owner of the account I have been unable to login to my account for more than two years now. (I am using the help of the secondary user to login and ask for help).
I opened a Seller Central Account in 2021. I am not sure what happened but after a few weeks it wouldn't let me login to the account. The error I get is :
''There was a problem - We cannot find an account with that e-mail address.''
Basically, Amazon does not identify an account with my primary email id. The account is fully active, no violations, there are no listings, and it is fully verified too. The customer support has tried endlessly to resolve this, reset password (does not work as Amazon does not recognise my email id), They tried to reset the primary email id but they were unable to reset this.
Sometime the customer support agent gets so confused with this as they have never seen this type of issue before. I even tried buyer side customer service many times and no solution there too.
All this while, I am getting all the comms to the same email id with which I cannot login. My secondary user can clearly see this email id as primary id on the account.
Can someone please help as I have been locked out for two years. thanks

I see your issue is currently being handled in case 9542669372.
If they are not able to solve it, do not hesitate to let me know here and I'll look into it as well.
