To be honest - you just need to look up all about FBA in Amazon Seller University.
You can't specify a warehouse - amazon will advise you of the shipping address when you create a shipping plan

100% agree with above post. You need to read, and read again Amazon's Seller University, where all you need to know about FBA is explained. Far too much for anyone here to explain all the process.
Not sure if you are a new seller or not, but if you are, do you live in UK ? If not, then you will need to be VAT registered here, to store your items in UK warehouse. You need to do that BEFORE you even think of ordering and shipping your goods, as it could take a while for the registration to be completed.
