Top selling item no longer eligible for feature offer
In the past week Amazon has removed my top selling item from being feature eligible. I have researched and can't find a single reason this has happened. I've been selling this item along with 22 other items for 5 years.
- I am the manufacturer and only seller for this item, therefore it notes I'm selling at the lowest price and literally have no competition for the feature offer
- I wasn't given any reason or warning, I just happened to notice it when checking my inventory
- The item has a 4.5 Star rating and my company has a 5.0 rating over the last 12 months.
- All my other products that sell frequently are feature offer eligible
- I lowered the price of the item and entered automated pricing but nothing has changed.
Can someone from Amazon please contact me and help me with this mistake. Not fun losing sales over no fault of my own.

My Case ID is 16989322201 if someone from Amazon can help. The last response on my case stated the item was out of stock , which is completely false. I need someone to actually look into this and not make something up.
