Hiya, as far as i remember as you are not the manufacturer of the item you are deemed a reseller so the warranty falls on you not the manufacturer so if something breaks within its reasonable lifetime the customer comes to you not samsung
I agree 596 days is a long time but if it genuinely broke then i would expect a decent monitor to last at least two years, i think if its over 6 months you can reduce the amount of refund for wear and tear and use,
you should have the option to replace or repair before refund though!
hope this helps

return period is 30 days for change of mind reasons
if an item is faulty, the customers contract is with you, so will be able to return for the period of the warranty..
and under uk trading law, even if a warranty is only 1 year, on a premium item where there is an expectation of longer life you may be responsible for longer

I see from the LG website this monitor is under warannty. Lg offer a 24 month warranty of all monitors details can be found on the website.
Also noted the return says " Out of Policy " therefore the seller is not obliged to accept the return and the claim can be passed to the warranry provider.
I see from the return request you have approved the return?
