CPC and Testing Documents still not reviewed after 2 weeks
I've been selling my plush for over a year on Amazon and had all my CPC and Testing in order and submitted. Amazon took my listing down and stranded my plush inventory 2 weeks ago. They said I need to submit my CPC and Testing report for it, so I did again, and it has been in "Under Review" for nearly 2 weeks and they haven't reviewed it at all.
I contacted support and opened a case about it several times, they said they see my documents and will review it in 5 days. Still nothing. I contacted them further about it and they keep telling me wait 5 more days. My listing got taken down on 3-14-2024 and it has been way over the time promised they would review my documents.
I'm at a loss at what to do because Amazon says they have my documents, and yet they don't want to review them. I would like it reviewed and my listing put back before my inventory is stranded any longer. This is pretty bad. Amazon will still be charging me warehouse fees for my FBA inventory that I can't sell because they took my listing down. I urgently need help with this issue because my inventory can't be sold until my listing is put back up.

Hello, We work with Amazon on daily basis and there is always a reason why things get stopped. You said you were selling for a year but now it is stopped. Your Report and CPC, is it OLD? By law these products should be tested every year unless you have a documented testing plan. We have had many customers pulled for this reason. If we can help in any way please reach out to us. So I have 2 new plushie designs that I submitted the other day and they got reviewed right away and it is fine. I don't understand why this one is still "Under review" and it has been this way for over a month. Something seems to be wrong with the system and they haven't replied to my ticket in a month now.
