FBA courtesy refund- Replacement order
Hi, thank you for your support in advance.
I saw few similar questions here but not clear how they solved so post again.
I offered the Courtesy refund to the customer whom received defect item and got answered like below.
she did not exactly mentioned "Replace item" but will amazon fulfill the replacement item to her?
meaning nothing to do on my end?
I want to make sure all but hard to track to to shipped out or nothing happened so I should ask her the mailing address to create fulfillment order.
please advice.

What part of her response leaves you wondering???
That being said, Replacements are NEVER a good idea. If anything refund without return, they can buy it again if they want to. But since you offered, send her her replacement.

@Seller_ygbWvu0n5dK0P- Did you ever find the answer to this? I have a really similar situation, and seller support can't seem to give me a straight answer on whether or not she is being sent a placement by Amazon.
