We had a slight product update- a change in our label. I created a new ASIN for this item, and created a variation family, grouping the old product with the new product. I did it this way so that current customers can find the new listing.

Unfortunately the reviews have not merged under these parent listings, and it's causing a loss in sales rank. I reached out to Amazon seller support and they have told me the cause is:

1. incorrect browse notes- I am not sure how to locate the browse notes and fix this; and/or

2. no product sales on the new listing- this is not the actual case because the new listing has had sales, just no reviews yet

Has anyone been successful in merging reviews under a parent listing after a month of them being merged together?
