Seller Support Call Back

Im trying to get a call back from seller-support but for some reason my issue is not listed is not showing, therefore I cant select the call back feature. I have been trying to reactivate my account for almost a year possibly more! i keep getting the message about ID verification via video call which i have already done and when i try do it again it just says i have completed it and will take 72 hours this has now been almost a week! i have sent multiple requests to support and nothing has been solved or even replied to! Could someone please help me

The callback feature can be disabled on certain accounts that have already been provided a decision.

In your case I see that you confirmed that you have another another deactivated selling account. In order to reactivate this one you will have to address the deactivation on the old one first.

To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated.

Please click on the View Appeal button on the Account Health page and submit additional information as requested:

From there our partner team will be able to review your information and provide next steps.
