Order from Amazon.FR business customer IOSS?
i have an order from amazon.fr and its a business customer but its saying IOSS, not sure what to do and how to send this ? as i was under the impression that IOSS is for non business customers? please help

IOSS shouldn’t be for business buyers, no. I don’t know if that just automatically shows up when the order is into the EU, though.

My recommendation would be to just treat it as you usually would. Even if Amazon have charged tax, that would be an issue your buyer had with Amazon, not with you.
If you do what you’re supposed to do, then Amazon’s mistake isn’t your problem. If Amazon haven’t charged VAT, the you’re avoiding the customs issues this way too.
