This is Roberto. Thank you for using the Forums, to enter the IEN you must follow the steps below:

• Go to your Shipping queue.
• You will see an IEN status link next to each shipment subject to FHDDS, indicating whether the import details are Complete or Incomplete. Example:

• Click the IEN status to open a box, where you can enter the IENs corresponding to the shipment or select a reason for not providing an IEN from the drop-down menu.
• Save your IEN entry.
• The IEN status will indicate Complete.
