FBA international shipping customs charge
Dear all,
i am from India, and selling on amazon.com , i make a shipment through amazon courier partner and they charged FBA international shipping customs charge after 4 month, a huge amount , very disappointed , making the losses selling on amazon.com due to uncleared FBA international shipping customs charge
amazon.com should be replay with correct reason about the deduction, and clearly mention about shipping customs charges before creating a shipment to sellers

Thank you for taking the time to post! The Importer Of Record (IOR) is responsible for collecting and paying all customs duties, taxes, and fees. The amount of the customs duty, any additional taxes, and fees will depend on the value of the shipment and the products you import, also known as the tariff classification of the products. Your customs broker can assist you with determining this information.
Amazon will not be responsible for, or collect any duties, taxes, or shipping costs, associated with FBA inventory. All shipments are required to use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), sometimes referred to as "Free Domicile," shipping terms. Any shipment arriving at an Amazon fulfillment center with collect charges, including any duties, taxes, or shipping costs, will be refused without further concession.

I'm a UK selller and I'm also getting unexpected "FBA international shipping customs charge" over a month later.
It's dissapointing that these charges were not made clear, makes is hard to correctly price your offers.
Odd thing is I didn't get these charges previously, I wonder what is different about my last 2 shipments...
