Brand Name Changed- Brand Registry Won't Restore
I am a brand owner and Sometime last week our Brand Name changed on two of our top sellers. It changed to my company name, so it was not hijacked- but still the incorrect Brand- which is key for sales. Totally miffed as to how it happened or who could have done it. Myself and my sellers have tried to ask for it to be changed back, but we keep getting varying answers, many that don't apply, and they won't change it back. I have tried to call and Seller Central says they would have Brand Registry call me (which I requested) but nobody calls. No matter what we say to clarify and explain we are getting the same canned answers. This Brand name is critical for these products continued success, which have thousands of reviews and years of solid sales. Sandy_Amazon Thank you, it was reverted and took another case to get the link to work, but this morning looks like it is back. We have a sister ASIN B0124BO9KO that had the same issue. We have started the circular cases on this as well, but no luck yet. Is there a way you can help with this one? The case D is case id 13037327191

Would you please try the following before I escalate to partner teams? Please let me know if you have already tried the options.
- Try to "Edit" the listing and wait 24-48 hours to see if it will update.
- If 1 does not update try to upload a partial file update
- If 2 does not work try the full file update.

@Sandy_AmazonWe did all the 3 steps and get the error - brand name provided in updates is different than the one in Amazon's catalog
Also, in the case id 13037327191, the support staff said that Amazon's internal reconciliation team changed the brand name and they cannot do anything about it. We have never heard of this team before and not sure how they can just randomly change brand names of the product listings to whatever they like?

I checked the case ID and it seems like the support staff has raised this issue to appropriate teams to correct.
It seems like you have 2 brands [The Grandparent Gift Co.] and [Pawprints Left by You Memorial Gifts] the ASIN was somehow synced to [The Grandparent Gift Co.]
The escalation to the team is a manual request to correct this sync to [Pawprints Left by You Memorial Gifts].
I believe support will come back and mention this to you soon. From my experience, this manual sync will take a minimum of 10 days from when the brand registry team corrects it. (I'm sure support will mention this as well)
If you receive a different reply, or your case gets resolved please let me know. I will make sure to raise the manual sync request myself. Thank you for your patience.

I am kind of in a similar situation. I have two brands and now one of the brand name is showing up automatically infront of my other band. I'm not sure why this happened a few days ago. None of the solutions such as deleting the listing waiting 24 hours will work. It has to be fixed on Amazons end. Please reference case ID 13095192461. This happened to me before in the past and they were able to fix it, but its hard to get this point through to seller support when they just copy and paste the same answer

I send in a request for that 1 ASIN which you mentioned in the initial support request.
I do see however you mentioned a few others in that case ID. This is pending Amazon Action, but if you are unable to resolve with seller support please do let me know.
Just to clarify, how many ASINs in total are you experiencing this issue?

I am also having a similar issue. We have one brand but several asins have been hijacked by other brands. Here are the Case ids: 13871149161, 13871038451, 13871060831, 13871416361. It would be much appreciated if you could look into this! Thank you!
