FBA RETURN REIMBURSEMENT

Received a FBA return of one item with reason--DEFECTIVE. But the item inside is used. He exchanged our new item with his old item in the same packaging and returned it back to us.
How and where can I ask for reimbursement in this case?
Can someone guide step by step process to proceed?
Have Amazon prime box packaging with RMA slip and LPN No. on the item packaging. Donot know the customer order no. of it.
