Amazon Seller Support Chat No Longer Available?
Does amazon no longer offer chat support for sellers? In the account health section, you could always click on "contact" and reach a representative via the chat but now all I see is an option to contact support through a phone call. Is this happening for everyone or what is going on?

Chat appears for me when Seller Support is unable to resolve my issue and I reply to the case.
I, eventually, am forced to chat or make a phone call.
Chat does not appear for me in the beginning, however.
