One week from delivery to booking in is almost a peak time. We always calculate with 2-3 weeks. As sales colleagues, we also have to live with the delays and there is nothing we can do to speed things up.

You can only try to cancel deliveries to the warehouse when creating a delivery plan and create a new delivery (ideally with individual parcels), sometimes a different destination warehouse is then determined.
