Greetings!
This is regarding the business address verification procedure. We are selling here for many years and are going through address verification under the "New Inform Act....".
Our business address is under verification and a post card has been showing to be 'delivered' to our address 2 days back. We have not been able to locate it as yet. If we are unable to locate the post card, should we wait for next 12 days for the present code to expire before we request 'send another post card' or can we request for it right away.
Becoz as per mail notification, the code is valid for another 12 days. So should we wait for post card to be located/found for the next 12 days till the code is valid?
Or can we straight away request to 'send another post card'? We do not see the link to 'request a new post card to the same address' right now on our screen. Kindly advise.

Thank you for the information you have provided. How long ago did the form show as delivered? Normally, it will take 3 days for the link for a new postcard to appear. Once it appears, you can request a new one to be delivered to your address. Be sure to verify that all of the details are correct before requesting.
