A customer made 21 orders from us from 24th February to 10th March. 16 of 21 orders are returned. He orders the same items over and over again and returns them. I contacted Seller Support, but I don't have high hopes. To help you understand the issue I'll write down all the returned items:

Have you reported the issue via the Report Abuse function?

Did buyer mentioned a return reson? You can see it in voice of the customer and FBA customer returns report.
Write to the customer and ask him what the reason is
There may be a malicious rival vendor involved which selling same, or similar product like yours. I've heard a lot that normally the Chinese make such a move and that they use such strategies to eliminate their competitors. I suggest you do a deep research and try to find if the buyer has any relationship with another seller? Unfortunately, such events are frequently mentioned on YouTube. There you can find more information regarding such big problems.
Customers are really abusing. Customers are buying my products, asking for refund and return a different product that I dont even sell!. I sell USB chargers and USB cables and I have received back from customers used socks, Sewing Thread Lines and even chewing gum because customers know that amazon will just refund and not even check.
That very much looks like activity from a competitor. The Voice of Customer has a high impact on your ranking. So buying and returning products and thus impacting the VoC rating is an easy way to manipulate the ranking of a competitor.
Being aware of this, I hope Amazon will help sellers to safeguard them against such activities with clear malicious intent. You should be able to receive assistance through the regular support channels and not have to rely on help by the forum moderators.
It would be interesting to see to which extent Amazon support will help you.
It's Day 7 since I opened the case and I still don't have an answer. I'm losing my last bits of hope...
