How does IOR work?
Hello,
I'm new on Amazon and this is a new world for me. So many new things to learn. Like IOR.
What is it? Who is it? Is it me/ my company, the manufacturer in China, the freight forwarder in China or someone that I hire in the USA? And do I need it? I don't think I'll be importing products for over $50.000. And if I need it, how do I get it?
I'm based in Sweden, so not a American citizen.
