My Amazon account has been deactivated, requires an address verification, while our address is Afghanistan in Amazon account. But Amazon does not accept electric bills and other documents from Afghanistan. what's the solution?

The solution is exactly what the system tells you while registering: you need to go to a translation office and ask for a NOTARIZED translation of your Afghani original.
Then you send of each document the original together with the notarized translation in ONE file, pdf or jpeg.
This is explained exactly while registering. didn't you see that? If you want to sell on Amazon you will have to read anything you get very carefully. Amazon doesn't forgive.
