Cannot login, stuck at "Select a Merchant and Marketplace" where the Select Account button is greyed out. Chat and Phone have been useless, no email address. Any solution? I had an order get cancelled since it didn't ship but I can't even login

Here's another thread where numerous sellers are having the same issue.
Just asking out of curiosity, are you located outside the United States?
Edit to add: I see you've posted on that thread. Have you tried any of the suggestions? Curious to see if any of them might work but no one has posted a reply.

This might help some ....
1. Are you on Mobile or PC/Laptop? (I do see some images from both on threads so I don't think it's related to that)
2. Try to click on your store name and see if that displays the individual Marketplaces on the right or below. If so click on whichever Marketplace you want to enter and the button should become active
3. You don't have a Vendor Central account do you?
