How to prove I don't have another amazon selling account.

My selling account has been deactivated since i created It . therefore I didn’t use it to sell anything on amazon. According to the email i got from amazon, I know that my account is related to another unknown selling account. Since I only created one amazon selling account which is still deactivated now, and I never work with or for someone with amazon selling business, therefore i believe that my stolen credit card causing all the problem to my selling account. So I handed in my stolen credit proof to amazon. But they need more documents to prove that I never have any other amazon selling account. I don’t know what kind of documents I can use to help me to prove that I don’t have any other amazon selling account. So I’m here for help, if anyone have the similar situation or know how to prove that I have only one amazon selling account, please, it’s very kind of you to share with me and those people who having the same problem . Also, if any amazon guys see this, please tell me more to solve the problem and help me out with that. I really only have one selling account. And i really do need to activate my account back. Thank you so much, for all of you.

You don't, you have to prove the opposite. And your credit card has nothing to do with it.

The reason this happens in most cases, is because you, or another person, opened their Amazon account on the same computing device. Through the cookies/tokens Amazon places in your computing device every time the account is accessed, it is easy for Amazon to check what accounts are being opened on what device. When two different accounts are recognized as being opened on the same computing device, they are both suspended. Do you know someone else whos account was also suspended?

Well, don’t use the appeal, Amazon Made A Mistake, because it will be rejected. Amazon knows the date, time, and IP Address both accounts were accessed and usually will not tell you. This is the key to coming back.

Think hard of where you accessed your account in the past few weeks. If you can tell Amazon in an appeal, where it happened (EX: I opened my account at Jim’s house to help him get started), and it matches what Amazon has on file, you will be back within a day. This was learned from personal experience. Think it over.
