Item displayed in search results only using ASIN. Product name or keywords will not work
Hello,
My product (ASIN B0BL82BDGP) status is active and buyable but only shows up in search results if the ASIN is searched. If the complete product name is searched, or any part of it, the product does not show up in results. What am I missing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have two videojets in the facility where I currently work. 7 in another.
Are you sure that Videojet allows for their products to be sold on Amazon? I’m not disputing that you’re an authorized distributor, but I’d check with them if they allow for the product to be sold online.
They are stupidly complicated to buy spare parts if you don’t have an account with them. And they love to charge about $300 for preping and shipping ink and makeup.
Even if they did. Do you really want to sell a $19k item on Amazon?

I also can’t imagine selling something that expensive on Amazon
Have you checked to make sure the listing isn’t search suppressed?

Hi @Jase_Technology, have you opened a case with Seller Support?

There’s no need to open a case for this.
Keywords are not linking to an asin can be fixed multiple ways. Not one of those involves seller support.
In any case, it’s a moot point. Videojet does not allow for its products to be sold online. This seller was doubly lucky, both by preventing an IP complain from Videojet and by not selling $20k machines on the platform where 2 clicks can make the item belong to the buyer for free.
