Amazon Receiving stealing around 50% of products one 9 pound box claimed to be empty
2 out of my last three shipments claim units missing. One even claims a 9 pound box confirmed by the carrier and received by Amazon is claimed to be empty with 0 units. The other is missing around 60 units. Together, over 150 units are missing.
Amazon closed the cases and is demanding their typical BS proof of ownership of the items. I am the manufacturer. How is it that Amazon charges us soooo much to loose our products. Then, they show up on Amazon warehouse or the otherwise sell them on pallets? Where is the automatic research they should do for these things. Oh, yeah, I guess they did what they wanted to do so why research it.
Mods, Amazon has to do better or it will be sued by state and federal agencies for this. When an entire box is claimed to be empty, it should automatically trigger a review. You monitor employees every step, try reviewing video of my shipments for a change?
One of the variations of this SKU I have changed to FBM. Looks like I will be changing everything to FBM now. I refuse to pay placement fees that are very hard to overcome and what works one day does not work the next only to have Amazon steal my product and refuse to even investigate until I jump through their bogus hoop designed to stop an investigation and force a payback of my property. Amazon, where does negligence end and theft start?
