ich hätte eine Frage, und zwar:

Ich habe einen kleinen Verlag für Bilderbücher und bei amazon sellar central habe ich mir vor Kurzem ein professionelles Verkäuferkonto eingerichtet, weil ich gern Werbung auf amazon für das Bilderbuch machen möchte

Nun war ich ziemlich überrascht, als ich feststellen musste, dass das bei amazon ads gar nicht so ohne weiteres geht: ich bin nicht berechtigt, Werbung zu schalten, so die Mitteilung vom Amazon Support Team:

"Our team already finished the investigation, they have reviewed your query and found that this product is in the category of gl_book with the product type of ABIS_BOOK.

Advertising in this category isn’t available for sellers, only for authors. Only eligible Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) authors and select book publishers and vendors can advertise in the Books category.

We have two options here in order that you can create ads for this product:

1. You can contact Catalog team (from Seller Support) and request them to do changes in the category of your product, you can let them know that this is not a book.

2. You can maintain the product on this category and create campaigns but you need to create a KDP account as an author."

Nun wäre meine Frage: hat jemand hier Erfahrung wie ich am besten vorgehen sollte? Möglichkeit 1 kommt mir etwas merkwürdig vor, also das Bilderbuch aus der Kategorie “Buch” zu nehmen und in eine andere Kategorie zu bugsieren. Dann wird es ja unter Umständen gar nicht mehr gefunden bei Suchanfragen auf amazon, oder?

Oder falls ich die zweite Variante nehme und mich als KDP Autor anmelde - könnte ich damit das schon publizierte Bilderbuch meines Verlags bewerben?
