We suddenly could not send in the FBA inventory and received this notice during step 1 of the S2A FBA shipment process.
Our ASIN is not new; we have been sending it to FBA for over 2 years.
This occurred about a year ago, and then there was no resolution from Seller Support, and just "fixed"
Yes, this hazmat product has been enrolled in the DG program from the beginning.
SS is no help and gives canned responses.
This is NOT a FBA capacity issue, as we can send in a child variation of the same ASIN without problems.
