Carrier unable to book delivery appointment
Our carrier (non-partnered) is unable to book a delivery appointment. I have spoken to Amazon on various occasions but they say that the carrier needs to book the appointment. I am not whether the problem lies with our carrier or Amazon.
Is there a way that I (as the Seller) can resolve this ASAP before we start getting charged storage fees by our carrier??

Your post does not make it clear -- I think you are talking about shipping to Amazon for FBA ?
If so, an FBA seller may be able to advise.

The carrier you select to deliver your shipment will need to schedule an advanced delivery appointment. Please ensure that both you and your carrier complete any required steps prior to requesting a delivery appointment.
