Hi I am selling a product at $26.99 and Amazon charging me $18.60 from which 14.55 is FBA Fee. While My product weight is 1.83 pounds. While some competitors and same product with same items, paying $8 FBA fee. Opened a lot of cases with Amazon, but no help.

Opening cases aren't going to help you if you can't understand where the fees come from. First look at the FBA calculator here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/fba/profitabilitycalculator/index?lang=en_US
What are the dimensions and weights listed? Are they correct? If not, you're going to have incorrect fees assessed.
If the size is incorrect, request a cubiscan of the item.
