If you're asking about Asian Beauty Wholesale, most likely not, especially when their own website states:
They're not what Amazon would consider a brand authorized distributor.
Go to Seller University from your Seller Central menu and search on how to properly source products to sell. How to do so has also been discussed numerous times in this forum, so do a search here and read through those threads. If you have specific questions after doing some studying, come back to the forum to ask.
