So, I am trying to send our first product to a Amazon FBA center via air freight. I would like to use Amazon Global Logistics (I have been approved and registered to use the AGL service). However, when I create the shipping plan, AGL does not provide an air freight option only ocean. Does anyone know why? I am trying to ship from mainland China - just outside of Hong Kong. I have played with different origin addresses and different volumes - even like 10 units. Nothing - I am trying to send 3 pallets by the way.

Are they not offering air freight service from China any more?
