What is the default shipping address?

The default shipping address is the primary physical location, email address, and phone number you use for shipping orders. This information is saved into your account and will automatically appear when you select an address in the Buy Shipping preferences, and Shipping Settings page.

How to add a new address

1. Select Shipping Settings from the Settings cog on the top right-hand side of your account.
2. Click on Edit in the Default shipping address section.
3. Click + Add a new address.
4. Enter the required information.
5. Click on Save.

Note: It may take up to six hours for your new Default shipping address selection to appear.

How to select a different Default Shipping Address

1. Select Shipping Settings from the Settings cog on the top right-hand side of your account.
2. Click on Edit in the Default shipping address section.
3. Select an alternative Default shipping address from the menu.
4. Click on Save.
