I am a writer of children's fairy tales from of the country at war . In such hard times, when rockets and drones are flying overhead, I write fairy tales to bring goodness to this world. A couple of months ago I registered on Amazon to sell my fairy tales. Verification was successful. Then I had a slight delay due to my health and only now wanted to start selling. However, Amazon sent me an email that my account is not active and I have to re-verify. That being said, it's done! I uploaded my passport and my local bank statement but it wasn't accepted. Next I requested a statement from Payoneer. Again rejected. Every time I upload new statements I get a rejection with the standard answer : Why is this happening?

The document that you provided as an additional proof of identity is not acceptable for the following reason:

It is not an acceptable additional identity document. We accept only bank statements, bank letters, current account statements, saving account statements, loan account statements, and credit card statements issued by any bank or financial institution, as well as as account statements issued by e-commerce payment service providers. You can cover the transaction amounts and details, but the document must be complete and the required information must be visible.

When I ask why exactly my bank statement is not accepted, I get this standard letter.

The statement is stamped and electronically signed. WHY can't I pass the verification?
