Please can someone help me!?

I've been trying for two months to get my HACCP certificate approved by Amazon, but it keeps getting rejected. The reason they give is always the same vague response: they say the certificate scope does not include my product or brand name. Or - We have noticed a discrepancy between the products listed on the GFSI/HACCP Certificate and the product: "product name/brand name" on the product's images/detail page.

As far as I understand, the scope of the HACCP certificate should only cover the product categories. For example, in my case, it would be "production of candy health food" as I sell gummy supplements.

Does Amazon expect the product brand names to be included in the HACCP scope? Is there another way around this? HACCP certificates take a long time to obtain, and I can't imagine that Amazon requires the certificate to be updated every time there's a new product release under the same food category.
